Auslese is always dedicated to building a fair, competitive, incentive and highly effective employment mechanism and creating a working environment beneficial for development of employee personality to make advantage of human resource potentiality to the greatest extent. 

 

Recruitment

Principle: Equal competition, stringent evaluation, merit-based employment and mutual choice
Auslese has broken the geographical restrictions and set up a reasonable mobile employment system. Over 50% of the employees come from all over China. Auslese attended job fairs around China in each year and employed talents through the network throughout the year. Presently, Auslese has more than 800 employees, including over 430 employees with education background of university level or above, 60 medium/senior-level professional title holders and more than 100 junior-level professional title holders. With the demand of enterprise development and operation strategy, Auslese is focusing on cultivating urgently needed talents so as to lay a solid foundation for further scale expansion and market development.

Principle: Setting up competition and performance evaluation mechanism, and using outstanding young talents
In Auslese, many managers are young talents who started working in Auslese after graduation from universities and several years later became leaders at respective occupations. Talents are used through job rotation, shift and promotion. A lot of young management with high comprehensive quality has been cultivated.

Principle: Establishing learning organization and providing various basic training, professional training and deep training for employees
To adapt to the fierce market competition and rapid science & technology development, Auslese tries every means to cultivate various talents. Inland and foreign experts and scholars were invited frequently to Auslese to give academic reports and seminars. Backbone employees were sent to receive trainings at key universities and research institutes. Internal resources such as internal management experts and technical backbones in the company were engaged as part-time lecturers to provide various types of professional training for employees.

Auslese has launched large fund in building modern dormitory blocks, employee dining halls and recreation rooms so as to provide a comfortable working and living environment.
